Perhaps it would be a far greater use of resources to invest in taking employment pre-screening into the investigative visionaries’ mindsets wherein employee candidates undertake employer specific education, are tested on the curriculums, and those who pass become “certified?”

Benjamin Franklin was reportedly addressing “fire safety” when suggesting that “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

 

Today it is not uncommon to suggest that “putting out fires” is an ordinary part of daily operations with respect to running a small, medium or large business.
